What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of qualis.energy. By using the site you accept them.

They are not the terms on which we carry out work. Each brand contracts on its own written terms and conditions, which are issued with the quotation and are what govern the job itself. Nothing on this website varies those terms, and where the two differ the contract terms win.

Who you are dealing with

The site is operated by Qualis Energy Limited, registered in England & Wales, company number 16320369, registered office Unit 10, Brailwood Close, Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire, NG22 8UG.

ArcticNord, EmberNord, AuraNord, ZenithNord, SOLARFIELD and Nord Group are trading names of that company, not separate legal entities. Whichever brand you engage, your contract is with Qualis Energy Limited. This is set out in full on our group structure page.

The information on this site

The site describes what we do at group level. It is general information, not advice on which you should act, and not an offer capable of acceptance.

System suitability, sizing, expected performance, savings and payback all depend on the specific property and its use. Nothing on this site is a promise about what a system will achieve at your address. Those figures come from a survey and appear in a written proposal.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we may change it without notice.

Accreditations and approvals

The accreditations and manufacturer approvals shown are correct at the date of publication. Certification is granted for fixed periods and is subject to renewal and periodic assessment. If a particular certification matters to your decision, ask us for the current certificate — we will send it.

Our accreditations page also states what we are not accredited for. Please read that as carefully as the rest.

Links to other sites

Links to the brand websites and to third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control the content of external sites and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and layout of this site are owned by or licensed to Qualis Energy Limited. The Qualis Energy mark and the ArcticNord, EmberNord, AuraNord, ZenithNord and SOLARFIELD logos are our trade marks. Manufacturer names and logos referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate approved partner status.

You may view, download and print pages for your own use, or to evaluate us as a supplier. You may not republish, sell or systematically extract the content without our written permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the content of this website. If you are a business user, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from use of the site.

Your rights as a consumer are unaffected. Liability for work we actually carry out is dealt with in the contract terms for that work, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
